Name of project: «Rhythms of the forest»
Description: In the series of works «The Rhythms of the Forest» Daria uses watching over the forest areas as a basis. The forest’s form is enigmatic and at the same time unknown. The forest are fascinating, they bring you into a meditative state with their visual rhythms. They have their own rhythms of the twigs, the grass, the flowers, the rhythms of the light and shadows, of sunlight patches in the tree crowns. The more you watch this, the easier you come into a state of calmness and balance. No wonder that in many fairy tales the forest areas were specially used for initiation ceremonies, where the main character had to cope with the certain challenges and thus got the important life experience.
In the series of works «The Rhythms of the Forest» the artist wants to show the mysterious space of woods via its rhythmic structures, which bring you into the trance, calm down, and give the power for reaching the new horizons.

Описание: В серии работ «Ритмы леса» Дарья взяла за основу наблюдение за пространством леса. Это структура таинственная и зачастую неизведанная. Лес завораживает, вводит в медитативное состояние своими визуальными ритмами. Ритмами ветвей, травы, цветов, ритмами света и тени, солнечных бликов в кроне деревьев. Чем больше наблюдаешь за этим, тем легче входишь в состояние покоя и равновесия. Недаром во многих сказках лес становится пространством, в котором происходило таинство посвящения. Главный герой именно в лесу проходил обряд инициации через преодоление определенных испытаний,

В серии работ «Ритмы леса» художница хотела показать таинственное пространство леса через его ритмические структуры, которые вводят в состояние транса, успокаивают и дают силы
